Did you buy Min Min or Fighters Pass 2?
I always just buy the fighters when they release, I don't buy season passes
I dont like to miss out on characters regardless of how shit they are, so I've been jewed pretty hard but I can spare the dosh, who cares anymore. In the end just having fun with friends is what matters to me

Pretty satisfied with the Arms addition, The Arms IP doesn't particularity have music to my liking besides 2 songs in there.
Byleth killed all interest for me in FP2. They would need to have a killer lineup to get me interested. Min Min is nice but not enough of a draw.

I'm buying the characters individually as they drop. Potentially, it costs me $5 extra if I wind up getting them all, but two years is a long time, so I might save more money if I wind up losing interest.
Also, if I had done the same with the last pass, I would have skipped Joker and Byleth and saved $12, so, yeah.
I did get Min Min though. I like zoners in Smash, and she looked fun and unique enough. Having fun with her so far.

Not yet. I may down the line, but I'm not quite as excited this time around as the last pass. As much as I wasnt a fan of Joker, it felt like anything was possible, but outside of Banjo which felt kind of neat, it all turned out pretty underwhelming for me. I still have characters ide like to see get in, but for now I might aswell assume the worst and hope it's impossible to be let down too much

Joker is just a better Sheik, and only a couple people actually get results with him. I practiced him for a while but he's a chore to play as so I dropped him. Byleth is at least a fun kid-stomper, but I kinda wish I had that money back to spend it on some beer or baked beans or literally anything else.

Probably a mix. There aren't enough of either to fill out the 6 spots unless you really scrape the bottom of the barrel. Just buy them as they come out, the fighter's pass doesn't even save you the full cost of one fighter. You're still paying full price for 5 characters and paying $1 for one of them. Unless all 6 are good, and you actually play them all, you lose money.
So wait, if you opted to buy an individual fighter instead of the whole pass you just can't get the Rex or Ancient Armor Mii costumes at all? You're completely locked out from ever getting them? The fuck?

Not really. Byleth was one everyone kind of expected, but were more anticipating to be the first reveal of the second DLC season. It was more of a downer that they capped off the first pack.
Why would you buy something without knowing what's in it? I understand getting a surprise gift like for a birthday or Christmas but seriously? I'll get Smash Ultimate when they make a definitive version or never when they release the next Smash since I'm not even that big of a Smash fan.
