And today I'm going to show you how to zig-zag your lords in front of the enemy missile line over the course of 20 minutes to burn their ammunition

Legend of auto resolve here

How can you play the same game in the most boring way possible for years?

He doesn't do that in Warhammer anymore

anyways thanks for the donation, preciate ya!

>runs lord/hero in a circle for 15 minutes to waste the AI's ammo

How do you play the game on legendary difficulty?

With the mod that rebalances VH/Legendary difficulty scaling.
If the cunt would update it, that is.

without cheesing or deathstacks.

Spam ranged units

so you lose everytime

Gitting gud

Show me some legendary gameplay where you can use all melee units and such just as well as on lower difficulties.

War hammer three releases AI doesn't focus single lentity moving targets anymore. It's gonna be great.

Apart from few weaker factions, you really don't have to cheese on legendary difficulty. With proper scouting and not using useless units like stormvermin, it's actually quite easy once you get things going on. The hardest factions to play are the ones that can't deal with public order easily, or have awful replenishment rate.

Also if you hate the combat bonuses the AI gets, you can also play on legendary & normal battle difficulty.

By getting better at understanding the game's mechanics and the faction I'm playing.

Stacks with
>1/4 cheap spear-man
>2/4 ranged infantry/gunners
>1/4 Artilley
>1/4 Beast or cav
It varies a little depending on faction. But literally a balanced army with as much ranged units as possible is the best way to go since ranged units don't get de buffed.

I play VH/normal or VH/hard as it still keeps the units viable and the game much more fresh and fun. Legendary is just tedious cheesing.

He makes great videos but I fucking cannot stand his personality.
Being an aloof asshole isn't "banter"

>Legendary is just tedious cheesing.
More like you are a savescumming bitch that got ambushed by 4 skaven stacks and now think your campaign is ruined because you lost one army.

Acquire skill.

I only notice his personality when I watch his streams

You can savescum on legendary as well, but go ahead and enjoy your ranged unit spam. I know I'm enjoying to being able to deploy varied and fun armies.

I play on Hard

Me too

>being forced into a single playstyle
>skill

Lmao, you probably believe that

>deploy varied and fun armies
This.

Hard is most fun

did we watch the same stream yesterday with the dwarfs?

>Watching him
I play the game. Saw a video of his to see how people play on the higher campaign difficulties and decided he's a faggot and I'll just go back to tossing random units at the AI because I just like to see the meat grinder at work

I play on VH with a cheat that removes supply lines

hey i only watch it because it was the same campaign i was doing and like a shit cunt, im new to the game and i wanted to learn.
plus it was like fucking 1 or 2 in the morning and i couldn't be fucked doing anything except lying in bed and watching.

No, I don't waste my time watching the incredibly boring gameplay that's the epitome of no fun allowed min max. You've confirmed for me that nothing about it has changed much since I made my judgement about him though. I don't necessarily blame him for always playing this way because its his reputation and how he makes money but I don't think anybody that really enjoys the game themselves can stand watching him when its so apparent he doesn't have a good time either.

I would rather watch someone learning struggle and fail as they try new things or give themselves self imposed challenges to spice things up than watch someone repeat the same cheese tactics to "fix" campaigns and the like endlessly.

Is the Chaos Invasion supposed to be some kind of a joke?
I'm playing my first ever campaign in WH2 as Teclis on N/N difficulty. Around turn 110 I got a notification about Chaos stirring or some shit, and then 5 stacks of Chaos Puppets spawned directly below me and made a beeline for Fuming Serpent.
Managed to beat them since I had a few armies stationed there which I then sent to pacify Skavenblight.
Then more Chaos Puppets spawned, 6 stacks. Then more of them spawned. All of them heading straight for my settlements.
Is this behavior intended? Because it's so fucking tedious I don't even want to continue the campaign anymore.

They are a joke. There's a reason the 3x, 5x, 10x invasion size mods exist. Even at 3x they have a hard time making progress.
Its a combination of their roster having barely any ranged units so their autoresolve is shit, the factions they're up against generally having tons of ranged options to push autoresolve in their favor further, and being a horde faction means they don't have a proper method of ramping up since they can't take and develop land to grow in power which is why doom tide exists and is the only thing keeping them from being wiped in three turns (sometimes).

>3x
>5x
>10x
>lmao let's just spawn more full stacks that prioritize the player and don't have to worry about upkeep, attrition or any strategy at all
Jesus Christ, that's beyond tedious. Is there a way to disable this shit completely?
