And how do you expect using it while you phone is sideways and you need to use touchscreen? You can't even play Kid Icarus Uprising on the phone no matter how hard you try to dance around it. It'll still be a worse experience than just playing it on an actual 3DS.

Maybe Kid Icarus is one of the rare cases that doesn't work too well, but that game has a famously terrible control scheme that was so shit even on the actual 3DS that they had to ship it with a peripheral stand to make it playable for most people.
99.9% of games are perfectly fine on phones and look much nicer on them.
