To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ and be over 25 to understand the dream sequence. That sequence is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the metaphors will go over a typical viewer's head. There's also Harry’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation - his personal philosophy draws heavily from Narodnaya Volya literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of this sequence, to realize that they're not just profound- they say something deep about LIFE. Took me a while to realize, but time only passes when you pick options in a conversation. There's really only 4.5 days of content before The Point Of No Return (you get a clear warning) and then another day of the endgame.
