Why is the combat in this game such a convoluted nightmare

I've been wanting to play a decent h-game but they never seem to fit to bill. I tried degrees of lewdity but all that happens is you get raped. I tried Lilith's Throne but it's got more reading than a jrpg. I think I tried freecities and that shit was just way too complicated for my dumbass.

The only game I liked was some sim brothel game (don't remember the name. 2d graphics and played like a tycoon game). Had that right combination of cooming and actual gameplay. Any recommendations? More brothel type games would be nice and I didn't mind degrees of lewdity much other than being restricted to just getting raped.

It's really not that bad, but there's more options than you need. You can just spam the first several attacks, which takes you to the ground, then Knee Up and Uppercut, then repeat. Very easy and effective.
