1. Not buying real hardware or rom collections hurts the puplishers and developers as your money can be used to make more vidya
2. Undermines all the hard work that James Rolf, Mike Matai, PatTheNESPunk, Alpha Omegasin and other great youtubers have done building their collections to show them off in video to you all.
3. Saturn, PS1 and 2, dreamcast, Gamecube emulators are inacurate as poor comrade russian hackers don't have the brains to create what the japs did.
1. No it doesn't. They're not producing OR selling these games anymore. Any money you spend on these games is staying in the pocket of the seller. Collections such as the NES classic are an exception, but they don't contain every game.
2. No it doesn't. Collectors like to collect physical things. I'm just playing a video game. You know damn well they never pull any of those games off their pretty shelves.
3. The good ones work damn near flawlessly. Hell, PSP emulation is downright BETTER than the original hardware. PS2 emulation is exceptionally bad but PS1 and GameCube work just fine.
4. Maybe. Maybe not. This is territory I don't know much about, nor do I care.
