That depends. Are Toxtricity, Rex + Pyra, Chun-Li, Ryu Hayabusa, and Crash fun to play as? Are the movesets well-designed?

Toxtricity, and Rex are unbelievably cringe.
Chun-Li is a solid pick in a lineup of mostly guest characters but when shes one of the few it's a pretty weak addition.
Ryu and Crash are based.

I'd be satisfied by virtue of the roster not really having any outstanding missing characters but having 3/6 of the pass being characters I objectively have no interest in, 2 of which are from terrible games (S/S and X2) would be a letdown.

Toxtricity and Chun-Li would be shit. They should be replaced with Scorpion, Doom Guy, Sora, Dante, Rayman or some other good choices.
