Gus will probably be main antagonist, Lil Presidente will probably be the final choice of after killing his dad you can either talk him down and have him officially relinquish control of the country to one of the Resistance leaders, or kill him and the philosophically opposing Resistance leader takes control.
They haven't done that in the past 4 Far Cry games, and you'll undoubtedly be full of the "Is freedom worth blood" and "Is the resistance really any better than Presidente?" cliches.
I don't have aspirations to be an evil person IRL, but honestly you can barely do shit without being cancelled these days whether you're a good person or not, I want a power fantasy where I can act like a bad guy for a bit.
