when is the last time you restarted a game immediately after beating it to play it again,
or because you simply wanted to play it some more?

launch version of dark souls 2

Dragons Dogma but there's lots of end game content and NG+ so I'm not sure if it counts as a true replay

What are you asking? A lot of good games encourage replaying to try different builds out etc

sekiro, and the way the game turns into more of a boss rush in new game is cool

when was the last time you actually begun playing a game again right after finishing it just because you wanted to play it some more?

holy fuck I played this for so long when I was a kid and couldn't remember the fucking name

thanks OP

The Last of Us Part II, unironically.

OP also just saved me i was looking for this fucking game. I remember fishing in the lake and getting a really expensive cheese hat

Torchlight (1) was the spiritual successor if you want to check that out
also maybe look at Darkstone!

I never play games more than once.

VTMB. Better to run Malkavian the second time around rather than the first.

it was on sale for the first time in ages on steam, try and catch it next time

Fate is one of those games I am not sure why someone would play instead of a different game tbqh

Mass Effect 3

I couldn't believe the ending was actually that shit and thought that I screwed up somewhere,

I've finished some games and it took me some months or even years to replay them. I understand what OP is asking, it's not the same replaying them immediately after finishing it.

Shit I still have my dang Wildtangent disk I ordered for this. Also pirate it if you can, Wildtangent are a bunch of cunts and expect anyone who bought it on their old (as far as I can tell defunct) service to buy it again on Steam.

this is pretty funny to me
I wonder how many people restarted Witcher 3 solely because they did impact the ending negatively

>when I was a kid

I was going to call you underage but just made myself realize I've been on this site for 14 years.

Found the damn thing.

pretty rad

I usually try to 100% a game and never play it again. Last game I remember restating instantly after beating it was Undertale. Also sonic mania to play with Knuckles.

I really didn't get the appeal either. It didn't do anything for me so I dropped it pretty quick.

Ring of Red.

I just found it as a kid and had no idea Diablo existed. It's hot ass in hindsight, similar deal as Dungeon Siege.

that is how I played it too, it came preinstalled on a store model PC

shovel knight and sonic 3

>Darkstone
I love this genre, I got into it with Torchlight 2 when that launched because it reminded me of Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance and Champions of Norrath.
Path of Exile, Grim Dawn, Titan Quest, the only games I haven't tried are Diablo 1 & 2.

OP got me to add Fate to my wishlist and you got me to add Darkstone too.

Checking their guides and forums there seems to be no major issues running on modern systems, so I'm looking forward to pick them up on the next sale.

Undertale
I beat it, and then I beat it again, and again, and then again, and now I bought it on my switch and thinking about playing all the routes again, I don't know why I love it so much

hell yea 2 for 2
have you looked into Dungeon Seige or Sacred?

Dark Souls 2 SoTFS and that's only because of new game+ changes.

I've played a little bit of Sacred 2, but I had more pressing things to do so I never got far into it.
>Dungeon Seige
I've heard the name before, but never looked into it until now.
3 for 3

RE 2 & 3 because I wanted to get my money’s worth.

seige has the best way to do health potions, you drink it away in percentages and you use them up completely
hell yea
