Fact: There will not be another character added to Smash Ultimate because of fan demand. And the big 3 finally getting in will likely result in the end of fan demand characters and eventually rosterfagging entirely.
There is not a single other character not in Smash that has the sheer unified support from the Smash community to be noticed by Nintendo, let alone considered due to that demand. The big 3 had obvious factors that caused people to rally around them en masse. Ridley and K. Rool were the main villains of headlining Nintendo series, and as every other headlining Nintendo series got their villains, it became increasingly jarring and obvious that Donkey Kong and Metroid's had been passed over. And Banjo and Kazooie were characters people anticipated as obvious inclusion for 64 and Melee before an unprecedented business move stole the characters away from Nintendo.
The hard information no modern rosterfag wants to admit: There isn't a single other character in the ENTIRETY of video games that has some outstanding circumstances similar to Ridley, Rool, and Banjo that would cause the Smash community to organically rally around them. The end result is the Smash community is divided by dozens and dozens of different characters with no one character remotely pulling ahead of the pack, meaning that Nintendo will NEVER feel compelled to give any thought to your requests when they obviously and objectively do not represent the community at large as Ridley, Rool, and Banjo and Kazooie did.

WHAT'S MORE is that roughly 80% of characters modern rosterfags are touting are late to the party. Dante? Tracer? Steve? Doomguy? They don't have even fucking 12 votes in the Smash ballot and you're a delusional piece of shit if you try to pretend otherwise. It took Sakurai a decade to even make STATEMENTS on characters like Ridleys uninclusion, and there was another half decade of rosterfagging on top of that before Ridley finally got in. Most of you have been here for 2 years AT MOST asking for whatever dumbass character you wanted. You missed the boat on the Smash ballot (the only way newer fanbases like Shovel Knight and Shantae got their characters recognized at all) and you've missed the boat on having a substantial fanbase in the Smash community by a solid decade.
WHAT THIS MEANS is that there are no more characters getting into Smash Ultimate based on your annoying threads and whinging. 99-100% of you will lose steam before Smash 6 is even a sperm in Sakurai's nuts and your characters rosterfagging base will not last long enough to be noticed by Nintendo and Sakurai. If a character someone is asking for gets in it will be because you got lucky the suits found your pick to be a good business move and not because the fans wishes were granted. Rosterfagging is dead, all that's left at this point is guessing who the suits will pick and hoping its the character you want.

I've never understood the obsession with Geno and why anyone thinks he deserves to be in Smash. He was in one single game, and not even a huge, important game at that. If any Mario RPG character deserves to be in Smash, it's Paper Mario. His moveset could easily be completely different from "normal Mario", he's iconic and has an entire sub-series to himself and has made a much bigger impact on gaming than Geno.
I get why people LIKE Geno, I just don't get why people insist on him being in Smash or expect him to ever be in Smash.
