If you wanna consider the Creation of Akatsuki from Revolution canon, Konan is stronger than Sasori. Personally I'd rank her under Deidara and above Hidan, her moveset seems limited to paper weapons like shurikens and spears and explosive tags thrown in, would have liked to have seen more fights with her, like having origami constructs or explosive tag suicide paper clones, the 600 billion paper tags was something she prepped well in advance and lost because of Uchiha wank
