the shadow warrior reboot was nowhere near the level of Doom 2016, and even further from Eternal. Where did this retarded rivalry come from? Hope Shadow Warrior 3 takes a lot of cues from Doom so that its less mediocre.

Yes, this one seems to be shaping up to be closer to the 2013 reboot than 2. Especially that they specifically stated they were going back to linear style story telling.
