Why are the circusfolk such a joke of a fight?

is it that they are, or after finally beating the fucking puppets, this is simple by comparison?

That and it's obvious that it only phase 1 of dealing with the Circus despite that one fight already being a "overwrite the library interior" thing

It's but the beginning.

I liked the idea of the fight but it was too easy, same with QoP even after the buff

what was the gimmick even? The other circus monsters buffed the main boss?

Which means the obvious course of action: kill the adds then focus on the boss.

Obligatory /fa/ chart

wait where? I did the 8 o'clock circus and didn't have any new abnormality to fight

Queen of Hatred, user

well it is a circus and they are clowns...

>boss has 5~7 attack card
>boss has 5~7 attack card
>boss has 5~7 attack card
>boss has 5~7 attack card
boost her damage output by +1~2 on every attack dice, give animals +10 hp/ +5 stagger and maybe it will start to be okay fight for single floor

The gimmick was knocking off Noah I'm pretty sure. The problem was that by the time you started to focus on Noah, the fight is basically over.

How do I unlock it then? I've already done all previous abno pages and did both the circus and puppets

Check Tiph objectives.

what happens when you kill Noah?

oh okay I need to get Sayo's book again lol

boss weaknesses change to fatal and can be staggered normally

When you stagger the duo, they separate rather than actually stagger, and if you reduce Noah's health to 0, when they reunite on the next turn, Emma's resistances will all be set to fatal.

scarecrow duty for you

I've not tried to kill that midget letting boss just die to bleeds. Turns out fight is even easier than I've faced

I've tried to string together what Koreananon translated into coherent dialogue
Roland: Chesed, can you open the door for me? My hands are full.
Chesed: Welcome. I'll be the one to help you.
Roland: Ahh. I can't believe I could carry all these books.
Chesed: You'll get used to it in time.
Roland: I think I'm getting more and more used to this job.
Chesed: Just like coffee
Roland: Ugh... Are you sure this is coffee?
Chesed: This one will suit your tastes better
Roland: Hmm. Fine, I'll trust you on that.
Roland: *Slurp* Ooohhh, this is very sweet and tasty!
Chesed: I told you. Even Gebura started on the same macchiato
Roland: What can I say? This is the first time I had fancy coffee that is also tasty!
Chesed: I've heard the backstreets load their cups with sugar to smother the taste of low-grade grounds
Roland: So this is what really good coffee tastes like.
Roland: It's too bad I lived to be 30 before learning this.
Roland: But when I had to wake up, or when I had to pass the time, I drank coffee.
Chesed: I agree (or I was the same)
Roland: There's ones that are just bitter.
Chesed: When I was at Lobotomy, I couldn't start the day without a cup of coffee
Chesed: Nothing else could warm a day like stale-coffee, like a cup of fresh hot coffee
Chesed: I (we?)'ve worked diligently without any expectation for recompense
Roland: You must have had a hard time.
Chesed: Yes. Employees would fall one by one by the abnormalities, and they would try their best to survive. But all of that was done in vain.
Chesed: That's how it went.
Roland: Is it warmed enough for you now?
Chesed: That's true. This is as warm (hot?) as Roland's voice.
Roland: So we're to do as we're told, just like before?
Chesed: I can do as much as much as I am given.
Roland: So you're the kind of person who thinks leisurely.
Chesed: More than that, I like that I can drink as much coffee as I want.
Chesed: This time, I was the one that made the decision.

Chesed: And if I do my job well, I could limit the damage the other librarians would get.
Chesed: So, for the longest time, I now have something to fight for.
Chesed: I am in a better position than I have ever been.
Chesed: Could I see this as a kind of mercy?
Roland: To whom? To the director of the library?
Roland: Ahh. I give up.
Roland: Angela's anger and motivations are easy to see.
Roland: I don't know if there is any room for mercy in the direction she is heading.
Chesed: I know I'm lying to myself, but sometimes I believe in what I'm saying.
Roland: Hmm. This macchiato tastes good. I can't stop sipping.
Chesed: I'll introduce you to more varieties of coffee whenever more shipments arrive
Roland: So all's good? I'll expect good things from you.
Chesed: Lets get to know (each other?) slowly

Geb chapter 2
Roland: Anyone here? I brought some books.
Gebura: Just leave it there. I'll go through them one by one.
Roland: Miss Red (fog?). I'm sorry for my rudeness before, I didn't recognize you.
Gebura: You don't have to kiss ass. Everyone here is in the same situation.
Roland: Are you really the Red (fog?)
Roland: I've only heard of your stories. I've never met you because we were active in different regions.
Roland: Not that I don't believe the stories.
Gebura: Believe what you want. (whatever you say? hear?) they're just empty remarks anyways.
Roland: It just doesn't feel like I'm standing next to THE Red fog.
Gebura: In my first life, I died saving my partners.
Roland: From the outskirts labs?
Gebura: Yeah. And then when I woke up, I worked for Lobotomy.
Gebura: Where did you come from?
Roland: I'm from the east area of the city
Gebura: I'm from the west. It makes sense that we never saw each other before.
Roland: I had one question for the Red Fog. Do you take questions?
Gebura: What?
Roland: I heard that you took out five Index agents while you were cut in half. Is that true?

>it's too easy!
Your own fault for playing early access

Gebura: Ah. Index. It's been a long time since I've heard that name. Those disgusting backstreet designations.
Roland: Oh wow. That is so amazing.
Gebura: These fucking memories.
Roland: I purposely didn't mention the number of (messengers?)
Gebura: That's right. To be precise, I've taken out five agents and three (messengers?) from the Index.
Gebura: (Not exactly sure what she's saying here. Maybe "a decade has passed" ?)
Gebura: I'm guessing the backstreets are just the same?
Roland: That those peniless people kill each other, steal from each other, and survive day by day?
Roland: Of course, a decade later, even when your methods have changed, everything else is the same.
Gebura: Damn it. Nothing has changed.
Gebura: I gave up everything to change it. I can't help but laugh that everything was for nothing.
Roland: But then, there's a new sandwich franchise called HamHam PangPang popping up in every backstreets, and it has increased the quality of life in those areas by a ton.
Gebura: You want that special sandwich that you never got to eat because you were kidnapped?
Roland: Yeah. I'm still unhappy about that.
Gebura: It's good to hear at least one thing is better now.
Gebura: I hated the backstreets. Every single day in there since I was born was hell.
Roland: What sector are you from?
Gebura: 23rd (something)
Gebura: Thinking about the old days is giving me a heartburn. I might go ask Netzach for some bottles of alcohol.
Roland: I agree.
Gebura: I'll take care of the books. You can go now.
Roland: Yeah, I don't think it's the best time to chat.
Roland: That's for tomorrow.
Gebura: Don't worry about it. Thanks for the books.
Roland: Just one more thing.
Gebura: What now?
Roland: About getting alcohol from Netzach, can I join too?
Gebura: Huh. Fine do whatever.

So day 47 is revisiting the upper sephira suppressions? That points to day 48 being the middle sephira, and day 49 being the lower sephira.
Oh fuck me dead, does that mean dealing with gebura while chesed's damage modifiers are active? And binah while hokma's time-fuckery is active too?

Talk, between Gebura, Chesed, Tiph and maybe Roland?
Tiphereth: Stop fighting you two. Aren't you two tired of fighting?
Tiphereth: Chesed, why do you keep trying to give Gebura coffee?
Tiphereth: (Unsure about what's said. Maybe saying "That's enough")
Tiphereth: I could drink coffee with you if you wanted. Why do you keep asking Gebura?
Tiphereth: Oh! Chesed, run!
Tiphereth: You're good at running now. You're only improving at these useless skills.

>people trying to spoil themselves
Jesus you impatient fucks

>dealing with gebura while chesed's damage modifiers are active?
No. If you stop harvesting energy exactly at 5th meltdown (when Gebura appears) then Chesed will deactivate.

welcome to day 49, favorite day of all anons

Yeah but I mean him too, why go through all that just to ruin it for himself? It's like reading a plot summary before playing LC. Sure, you can still enjoy the game, but the story will be less impactful.

Thank god for that, the prospect of having those two active at the same time genuinely filled me with dread.

NEVERMIND THE DREAD IS BACK
I'm so glad I made sure to grab the clock again

>left ourself open for a hard blow
I wish Tiph, I wish

Day 48 is easy. Even easier than day 47 because fuck Malkuth and fuck Hod.
Day 49 is the real bitch though. Prepare to restart a lot
