Alright so I beat hades on my 13th run on hell mode. Now what do I do? Die over and over to progress the story?

Did you unlock every weapon?
Did you unlock the hidden aspects of each weapon?

One of the things about this game is the replayability, and a lot of the story is in bits and pieces in between runs.

So aside from amassing keys and nectars, what should I be doing?

Depends on what you want most.
If you want to unlock more conversations/story, then nectar should be your primary aim. Though you shouldn't neglect leveling up skills in the nyx mirror and advancing your heat level.
Personally I went for nectar the most until I finally beat Hades, then I focused on weapons and aspects.

When do I get aspects?

Poseidon Stygius, love doing casts builds.
Dionysus. Really good support boons. Roll with the mirror upgrade that gives you one regenerating cast and laugh your way through Hell as you nuke things indiscriminately with Trippy Shot. Bonus points if you find extra casts from Chaos. It always feels very easy getting Ice Wine too, making it even more busted.
Dusa. Best girl. Fight me.

You may already be able to unlock them. Select a weapon in the courtyard, then try selecting the same weapon while you're holding it to inspect them. If you don't see some kind of option to input Titan's Blood into the weapon, you haven't yet unlocked the aspects for those weapons.

All of the weapons have a default three you can see and unlock with titan blood, but the fourth is hidden until you spend 5 blood on that weapon.
The hidden aspects are from non-greek heroes/myths.
Beowulf, Guan Yu, Rama, King Arthur, Lucifer. The fists have no hidden aspect yet, unfortunately.

Varatha, achilles aspect
Chaos, but normal God Ares and then Dionysus
Hades, a hard dad but he's a good guy

They're all my favorite weapons. Lucifer aspect pretty much saved the gun from salvation from my point of view.
Hermes, easily. I used to never pass up on Greatest Reflex, but now Side Hustle is my main priority for every run.
Artemis, of course!

you need to mass everything. aim for doing the minor prophecies to help you get lots of resources. Stuff unlocks the more you get/do/talk to people. The games meant to be played over and over and over again - honestly I can't imagine it where it doesn't give you a game over after you beat Hades. I'm not sure how they're gonna make it work.

The Steam community hub is a surprisingly good source for quality art, at times!

I play them all regularly, but it's probably Zegreus Sword atm, FAST no gimmicks.
Aphrodite, she works all the time and saves bad runs, cc from legendary is great too.
Fav duo boon is 1bar fast recharge call, especially powerful with Dionysus and Poseidon calls.

I really hope the game gets localized in Japanese soon. I feel like this game would have a sizable Japanese audience, with all the pretty boys and pretty girls running around. Obviously not too big, but enough for a lot of quality fanart to come out of it.
