Considering all the re-releases that have happened on systems over the past decade, it baffles me Nintendo has done so with the GBA/DS era of pokemon. Am I incorrect in thinking they are sitting on a literal goldmine of ports with these games? I almost guarantee they could sell them full price and people would still buy them.

What baffles me is that Nintendo can literally sell the GBA Pokemon games again at 9.99 and it will still sell yet they haven't done it.
It's not like the DS games where you need two screens, the current Switch can play GBA games.
Just give Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Firered/Leafgreen the event tickets that only Japs got, they can even segment it so folks will buy all versions.
If they're extra Jewish they can resell the GB, GBC games again on the Switch.
