2) too many threads being made in a period of time
3) jannies caught wind of 2) and now are moving them to /jp/, deleting them, or autosaging them
4) barely anyone talks about the games because they're too hard, they think they're shit, or they've already gotten their 1ccs

One thing you could do is to talk about touhou in a shmup thread when they appear on Zig Forums, but those are already rare and the combined autistic shitflinging between both communities would probably melt the thread if touhou talk goes beyond maybe like 5 posts. Even then that mainly limits you only to shmup gameplay talk, no lore or character stuff, so that culls out like 90% of the people who visit these threads to begin with.
Still better than nothing, though?
