Because black hair is incredibly hard to tame naturally, Hair tangles, so it's easier to pick out, rather than comb down. Being annoyed by afros, is the equivalent of being annoyed at long straight hair. Like "UGH, why are white girl's hair always so STRAIGHT?! It's always framing their faces!"

I was almost ready to make a similar post, but after looking up Team 10, the developers of Forza, I realized that they only have 2 black women on the them. Check this tweet And their roles are uncertain. Check the thread of the tweet as well. They go out of their way to highlight a few of the girls, but they don't note who or what the jobs of the 2 black women are.
