More like git lucky

He’s not “impossible” per se, just heavily RNG-based.
He filtered me harder than Matador.

You should be at level 3 buffs of agility before he even gets a chance to start his bullshit.

That boss is a literal dice roll in terms of whether or not you can win.

>people always complain about the minotaur fight in IV
>beat him relatively easily
is this the power of using buffs?

>Buff fucking everything
>Spam Ziodyne and/or Bolt Storm
>Pray to god that he doesn't just give himself infinite press turns
There's not much you can do. If you've got a demon who absorbs or repels Force or Physical you might be able to win your turn back if he decides to use Mazandyne or Tempest, but other than that it's kind of fucked. Don't even bother trying to debuff more than once per turn because it's only good for making him waste a PT on Dekunda. It might be useful to have Dekaja on hand simply to get rid of his buffs but since he can just keep buffing himself forever it's kind of a crapshoot as to whether it's even worth wasting a PT on it.

git gooder

By then you should have Dante and you should be raping him with him.

Isn't there a way to force him to waste his extra turns?

Try fighting this bitch in Nocturne, with his broken beast eye+makakaja+megidolan spam.

Megido and lockdown on a boss with a big fat weakness aren't hard to deal with

Go back.

Not to my knowledge, forcing him to use Dekunda is only one PT and otherwise there's not much else. There's no guarantee he'll use Mazandyne or Tempest but you can use that to your advantage if he does depending on your set-up. Really, he's one of those bosses who will never lose if he doesn't want to, since he can just use Beast's Eye indefinitely, along with Dekunda, Makakaja and Megidolaon. Maxing out your agility with buffs so that he loses PTs from missing is probably the safest option but even that's not always going to work.

Yeah go do that tranny. Don't forget to kill yourself after you're done.

Spam evasion and electricity skills, you’re welcome

>What are debuffs on a boss that has Dekunda
A waste of a PT, since you ask.

>literal reddit memes now
lemme guess, Matador is hard, which Persona 1 route should I do? PERSONA 2 MEMES AMIRITE? Holy shit DOOM GUY in SMT?

Why would I play those trash games?

it's not that hard lol, just use morganas personas ability and exploit its wind weakness

Doesn't the AI only spam that if you debuff past a certain threshold? Been a while since I played Nocturne.

I'm not playing a persona game faggot.

Wrong game.

>spam element to win
>against Nocturne Mot

There's a very, VERY, good reason why Mot was nerfed into the ground after Nocturne. Also he's weak to thunder, not wind.

There's always a chance he'll do even if he's not debuffed because his AI is fucking weird and kind of retarded.
Spending more than one PT on debuffing instead of maxing out your own buffs is hardly worth it since it's only good for making him waste a PT on Dekunda which he could've used on Beast's Eye or something.

A press turn spent using dekunda is a press turn not using beast eye, git gud

just kill him before he has a chance to break the game's rules

Attached: 1595315022739.gif (640x422, 2.45M)

Normally, yes
Mot has a bug in his AI that let's him get infinite press turns so if he wants to kill you he WILL kill you no matter what. It's a pretty well known bug, people here are just being shitters
Mada was the harder fight if not for that shit, Samael was a pushover

It has a weakness, so you can too.

See (You). Wasting PTs on multiple debuffs is pointless.

Just keep grinding that exp goy :^)

Literally follow the age old Nocturne adage: USE BUFFS, RETARD

Dark Souls really was the most damaging video game of this generation. The git gud mentality is one of the most obnoxious dismissals of bad game design I've ever seen. It really does just send the message to devs that you can get away with any poorly designed shit as long as its SO HARD XD

It's referring to the Mot fight in Nocturne.

You don't even need to grind, just use fucking debuffs and thunder and win. I never grinded a single fucking time playing Nocturne, it's not that difficult
