It's the worst thing in the world when it's actually true.

>game is good the first 10-15 hours
>then turns to shit for the remaining 30, cause you outlevel/outgear any actual challenge thanks to shitty dev balancing

>game is bad the whole way through
sony does it again

>game has potential to get good later

>game is pretty solid most of the way through but then goes to total shit in the last 4 hours

Pic unrelated

>game is great but getting the "true" ending ruins the rest of it

>game has many sequels
>instead of losing quality over time, they get better with each sequel

Jojo became trash after the third

reminds me of XBC2

>game is good until halfway through

Valkyrie Profile?
FFX-2?

Always weird. Saboteur is amazing after a few hours. Best damn sandbox game I played.
Name even 1.

DMC is only good after you get DMD mode

Part 1 sucked dick though and Part 4 had too many "slice of life" moe trash. You could literally skip 65% of Part 4 and not miss a single thing. Part 6 has potential though, it all depends on how much the animation will salvage the fights. The characters will probably still suck dick though.

Wrong and gay. DMC1 was fun even on normal.

>muh plot
Get out.

I still hate how everybody eventually became aware that "Kira" was just some nerd with a notebook. Death Note was a lot more entertaining when the police and L thought they were dealing with something paranormal.

>The game is good only in the beginning and in the end
So many games putting a lot of crappy time fillers this days

>NOOOOOOOOOOO YOU CAN'T JUST EXPECT A SHOW TO HAVE AN ACTUAL PLOT INSTEAD OF JUST ENDLESS MOETRASH FILLER
Know your place, you fucking DOG.

>story tries be "grander" and suddenly WOKE after 4-5 hours in.

I vividly remember that as a common excuse most reviewers made about FFXIII, except they were way more underhanded about it
>"it starts to get good after the last tutorial!"
>last tutorial is 10 hours into the game

>Good game gets bad after 400 hours.
