That’s what you get for playing fag games for nerds with no gfs who need it to feel connection to people through the deep social links reinforcing how good of a game it is to be able to draw people in with. Ayn rand once said “he who tastes the diet because as such” I think you should reflect on that statement. You have a lot of growing up to do kid.

Should've pick P3P.
Now install the controllable party Mod, fucked up

Damn...got me thiknjin bout life n shit..

For once my autistic habit of never using the best healing items "because I might need them later!" came in handy in a game since yeah by the end on the fight I remember I was using a Soma or Balm of Life almost every turn.

and yet you're posting here. Which purged subreddit did you blow in from?

>taking 45 minutes on this boss
lol.

Git Gud and set one of your party members to heal

That nigga sword long

I got stuck here too, but it was because my personas were all trash. This is a part where you can get hard stuck if you don't have the right personas. Go back to grinding.
Fuck off. Just play how the game is meant to be played. Use the fucking tactics.

Best final fight out of nu-sona

Great final boss. Fantastic atmosphere, fantastic score, and the arcana changes with little speeches about man's spiritual journey and path toward the inevitable was fucking great.

P4 and P5 barely felt like final bosses in comparison.

>Beyond the beaten path lies the absolute end.

>doesn't use the party control mod
>doesn't play portable
you were warned

5's final boss in particular was surprisingly weak. It doesn't help that there's no buildup, you're just kind of dumped into an extra story arc at the end like the forgot about it and had to cram the night before the game was due to ship. Royal's is much better, but a different conflict.

I did like the Igor twist a lot though. Felt really meta. I remember hearing the news before P5 released that Igor's VA died. When Igor had a completely different voice in P5, I thought it was a bit weird given Japan's usual attitude toward VAs and their characters, but what were they going to do? The guy was dead.

The twist before the final stretch of the game really took me by surprise because of it.

>I'm strength now so I gotta use agidyne or whatever
>agidyne
deepest lore

I'll agree with that. I bought 5 on release but never got very far into it, the first two dungeons just bored me to death and I never got around to restarting it despite loving 3 and 4. Finally finished it with Royal and somehow remained unspoiled on all the Velvet Room drama. Igor, Lavenza, all of it. Better than the rest of the base story content, though that says more about the main storyline than anything.

As long as you have Narcissus' Flower to block Charm, it's not that bad. Rage can screw you, but having a charmed teammate use Diarahan on Nyx is enough to make a man smash the console

>fatlusfags will defend this
yeah that fight was really cool and felt like a good way to wrap up everything before the ending. the music was awesome, and the different stages were all reflective of the tarot archetypes throughout the game and that made an interesting challenge to adapt to the constantly changing circumstances. also use team tactics you hypertard

but i need to put the item to block electricity on my healer

>dude just use tactics xdd
>support party member won't use dis-poison and instead keeps wasting a turn healing the poisoned party member over and over and you can't waste a turn using dis-poison because you have to spam matarunda every time nyx uses dekunda or else night queen will wipe your healer

Nyx Avatar is pure kino. One of the best final bosses in the whole MegaTen series.

The arcana is the means by which all is revealed.

It's also challenging. One of the best final bosses ever

So wait, is it rare that I managed to beat Nyx first try mainly using thanatos? Did I actually achieve something remarkable in a videogame?

Imagine being level 88

>fuse Helel
>win
lol

Phys build?

I killed Nyx by critting her with Pralaya/Vorpal Blade

...

>Use the fucking tactics.
>just grind bro

Actual retard up in here

The tactics option exists for a reason retard.

I managed it as a dumb kid who sucked dick at JRPGs, so I kinda doubt it. As long as you combined social links with your fusion process to breed overleveled personas all the time I don't see how you'd consistently die to anything on the normal mode, unless you go into Elizabeth's solo battle ignorant of her bullshit.

>have more than 10 available Persona at his disposal
>still lose
Use buffs retard.

I don't remember the details, but I tried to raise his str the most I could, I think he had like 84 or something like that for the last battle, and he was also the luckiest motherfucker with 99 luck (still mad that I couldn't upgrade it to 100). As for offensive stuff it was... Well, shit, this is FES thanatos I'm talking about, I had a lot of dark and light skills which were obviously useless, other than that he had megido and "something rush" (the one before Vorpal blade; I actually got Vorpal blade by evolve, but then realized it dealt 1 damage because it was a bug, so I had to reload my save).

Meant for
