The theme of the summer collab 2020 is a video conference call!
This collab is going to be made into a video! The idea is to shift focus between frames people submit, one submission(call) after another. They can be static images or animations. I'll make a simple opening sequence to indicate it's a video conference call and some UI during shifts. There will be a grid image version containing all of the submissions available for the booru.
Artists of all skill levels are welcome! You don't need to be proficient with perspective to participate. Since it's a video call, some sort of a background is implied, but you don't have to draw one, or you can just make some simple indications for a BG. If you'd like to make a submission with a background, but struggling to do so, I can help you with drawing one, as long as the characters you've submitted are finished and there's some sort of a BG structure implied (verbally or drawn). Please put characters on photos or existing pictures only if there's a meme value involved (BG must be a meme template or must reference an existing meme/event).
To make a submission, depict video game origin characters spending their summer as seen from a camera lens. Almost any scenario can be made into a submission, as long as they: *are 16:9 ratio (preferably 1920x1080 or higher res) *are SFW *have a name (caller ID, will be displayed on the UI above)
Bonus points: *has a BG *implied camera PoV (webcam, selfie stick, etc.) *summer-related or topical *you can provide sound to go along with your submission, it will be cut to fit the the screen time
