Same shit as everyone else. They ruined guilds and friendships. Only met 1 cool girl over 2 decades.

There was this 1 recent girl In my guild that dated someone else in the guild, moved to their country and lived with them and after the guy quit the game and stopped boosting her, she left him to go out with another guy in the guild and moved to his country to continue to get boosted
Was pretty funny

There was this other guy in the guild who would orbit her and would follow her around like a puppy, and when she left the first guy he thought he'd get his chance, then got cucked by the 2nd guy

Girl I met on ffxiv a few years ago ruined 2 guilds I was in and killed off a good friendship I had with one person. I then later drove 5+ hours to her apartment fucked her 6 times in 2 days then never saw or spoke to her again. She tried contacting me again but I cut her off.

They usually don’t like games as much as we do.

They annoy me so I avoid them. Just like anyone else.

Only know how to play league of legends and overwatch (very poorly, too).
Won't try any other game unless it's indie tumblr shit like celeste and life is strange.
I dated one last year that only played GTA online, so maybe there are exceptions.

Finally finished the GTA Online Doomsday Heist just with me and one other player with a female character after she kept dying like thirty times.
After beating the heist I drove to my yacht and chilled there to take it in. This bitch jumped on the yacht and joined me uninvited.
For the next few days she kept messaging me and inviting me to play. I just ignored her until she got bored and went to go bug someone else

in fighting games and in smash i've noticed they are typically massive tier whores that usually go for the most toxic braindead top tier in the game.
for example: my ex played a shoryuken spamming ken in SF, katarina and mashed 444 in teggan, played puff in melee and ROB in ultimate

Was a time when a guy had a mental breakdown from the stress of being an officer in one of my guilds, he would simp for this 1 girl and she only used him to get gear

He stepped down as officer after causing drama due to being massively insecure, and the only stiuplation he had to stay in the guild was if this girl would continue to get raid spots without him as officer, since I had plans to gkick her as she was very shit

So I just kicked them both

A woman in my guild left her husband to move to Denmark and shack up with the GM. He posted a suicide note/fuck you on the discord but it was deleted pretty quick. No one's talked about it since but the girl and the GM are still together.

This. I've yet to meet a bona fide girl who games. I've only ever hear them mention games in passing. Then again I live in the midwest which isn't really tech central.

I don't have any online horror stories of them ruining guilds or whatever because playing online games is like seeing a poop and deciding to go and give it a hug.

IRL though they tend to be a bit spoiled because being a female in a male-dominated hobby means they get loads of attention. The guys they get attention from are typically sweaty undesirables, but attention is still attention. Generally once you scratch the surface you find that they have some kind of personality disorder, too. I don't date women who play video games any more and my current partner is someone who has literally never played one.

Had a girl managing the guild bank for the guild I was in since me and the other officers were too lazy to deal with it

She raged at me and caused huge drama in discord and guild chat because the guild bank wasn't stocked with stuff we needed so I just sorted it out myself

All her simps went to her rescue after she was crying about it in discord and casued a massive rift in the guild, and our GM kicked them all

She was bad and so were all her simps, so not much of a loss

Dated briefly. She was attention starved, no confidence outside of her gaming echo chamber, dumb slut.

My GF is a gamer and is the best thing ever. We play lots of multiplayer together. During the pandemic we play Clubhouse Games in video calls, it's great.

I havent gotten to close to them but they seem to spend all day juggling orbiters. They dont have any way to bond with fellow females. All they do is queue up for some game with like 3+ guys who are all only there to compete for female attention and never hang out unless a girl is there. I dont know, it sounds ridiculous taking vidya so seriously that you would only play with guys, but if you were entering a basketball tournament wouldnt you want an all male team? When youre sharpening and practicing your basketball skills shouldnt it be against other men who are of similar skill to you? I dunno, I honestly have very little understanding of your average female, especially an e girl. Just imagine if the genders were reversed. You go on your discord server and theres like one other guy and 20 girls. The girls are all clamoring for your attention. What do you do all day? Just get orbited and have e sex all day long? It honestly seems kind of unfulfilling to me. My male relationships are important to me and I genuinely dont understand how females are supposed to connect to eachother over the internet the way I do with my male friends.

Remember when there were no girls on the internet? Good times.

My sis was the one who actually introduced me to Battlefield 2, and does like to play a lot of different games.
That said she's a pretty big nintenbaby, which I guess is to be expected.

My interest in streamers is very limited. In all honesty though, there are legit girl gamers and they always have a small niche audience and just don't grow much. There's two ways of looking at that 1 - it's a shame because they're genuinely not camwhore or 2 - why should I donate to a streamer, they contribute nothing at all to society.

My view is a mix of both, it's unfair that the few real ones don't have larger views, whereas fake camwhore do, but I wouldn't donate to a streamer if you covered the cost for me. They do nothing of any value, period. If you ever feel the need to give money away then at least give it to a reputable charity or something, not someone sitting on their ass playing games.

My sister is one. She only likes Mario games.

My wife loves animal crossing and the sims typical girl shit. I’ve tried to get her into other games but shes found her games she can play for hours and I kind of envy her in a way as I can never stick with a game that long

Can't tell about my experience simply because they don't play games I play.
I can, however, tell about my girlfriend in games.
She doesn't even mention she's a girl in game anymore.
Told her she could thot for simps' money and she refused, saying women who do such things have no dignity nor self esteem.

My gf loves OoT, Sims, Rdr and Stardew Valley. She is the most innocent and lovely girl I know. Wouldn‘t say she is a gamer girl though.

This. The only "based" woman I've ever met in videogames was a 50 year old lady who was the guild leader's mother of my raiding guild in World of Warcraft back during Vanilla. We called her the guild mom and she absolutely refused to let any other IRL female join the game. Openly stated that letting females join would just destroy the cohesion and social dynamic of the guild and would cause nothing but drama. From my experience, in no particular order, of playing Ultima Online, Everquest, WoW, Everquest 2, Rift, Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2, women did nothing but cause drama, destroy friendships, and wreck guilds from the inside out with their narcissism, victim hood and attention seeking behaviors.

My sister is hardly a gamer but she played the Sims heavily when she was younger. I think we also took turns on a few Genesis games when I was really young. I convinced her to play Skyrim a few years ago even though she was skeptical and she ended up playing it a lot. I know she also played Horizon Zero Dawn. Not sure if she plays any games currently, we don't communicate much.

My first girlfriend said she loved playing sims and zelda and mario and guitar hero. Turns out she only said that she cuz she knew I liked video games. Fast forward, and my friends all get me to play WotLK with them. We join a guild with some people we used to play classic with (and some other people). Eventually, my friends all stop playing with me (which always fucking happens), so I start playing with people in the guild. I eventually get kinda close with this one person, cuz we always log on at the same time and always end up playing together. Turns out, it's a girl, and she's wheelchair bound or something. Really sweet girl, just wanted to protecc her. Wonder what she's up to now

Also, my little sister loves vidya, but I was mean to her growing up. We played Destiny together for a long time, but that's about it. I still feel bad about our childhood
