There was a batch with Patchy released earlier like a week ago. If you're lucky she'll be available at Amiami in October, however Amiami has not gotten fumos in a while, so I wouldn't count on it a priori. At least her price will have gone down in the secondary market.
Meiling is fucking impossible to get since she's never been re-released.

The issue is more that the Pop aesthetic is ugly, and you can't really do anything with them- they just stand there. Lego minifigs, Fumos, Nendoroids, Beanie Babies, TRPG models, Tsum-tsums and more all share a few key characteristics that make them iconic, popular collector's items, although the niche varies. Even though Pops are popular, they're widely hated because they're a significant downgrade over nearly everything else, with their only saving grace being pure quantity, which does make a collection of them somewhat nicer thanks to similar designs. But you can pose and custom build Lego minifigs to set your own scenes, tsum-tsums stack up, and fantasy models can be painted to show off your cool adventurer or powerful grimdark army in a more unique way. Fumos are incredibly photogenic and cute, looking good in nearly any place you put them. Pops, on the other hand, can only really be displayed in one way where they only look good alongside tons of other Pops, and even then their uncanny appearance doesn't improve that much. If you've gotta hate on Fumos, there's plenty of ways to do it without going for this or the low-hanging fruit of "muh frilly dolls".
