Game starts at the very end of the Tenrou Island arc which is 2 arcs after Oracion Seis. Then it covers all the way up to the 3rd from last arc.
Only big thing you really need to know is that a bunch of people from the guild go to an island for the S-Class Mage examination, some shenanigans happen and they get caught in a time bubble and don't end up coming back until after 7 years have passed.
