343i doesn’t understand what the actual fanbase of these games want at all, it’s why they turned the shooting into COD-style shit in Halo 5. Infinite is just a mellowed response to the backlash but they still don’t understand the basics of what made this series so enjoyable.

I only played Halo 1-3 as they released. The whole Arbiter thing in Halo 2 remains the best thing they ever did.
