For anyone who plays Seth, someone has mentioned that getting one of his combos down becomes 90% of the basis of the rest of his stuff. Would anyone be able to share what that combo is?

if you get this down you got the keys to the seth kingdom

Damn near everything combos in to 214X-B > fastfall kick > j6C > j236B > j214A > 214X~C basically.
Higher level players will then add as many j623A and j236B in between the the first blink and fast-fall kick

Thanks. One other question: What should I pay attention to when playing as Seth in general?

Your meter, because you have no utility EX to make yourself safe or try use your meter efficiently be it CS > 623C as your safest reversal option or the reverse where you'll be able to combo for some big damage. 236C or j236C at the end of combos in the corner for a set-up, j623C and j214C are basically air-reversals so use those if someone tries to AA/Air to Air you
Having vorpal also means you can fast-fall blink and 214X from a farther range.
Also, try and keep an orb out at all times if possible

Seth pressures definitely from other characters because his stagger windows are very small and he has few natural frame traps. HOWEVER his frame data is absolutely crazy. For example, with nothing but normals most characters will end up with anywhere from -3 to -1 with reverse beat a-button whiff pressure. Seth's 2c for example is -1 on block by itself, which I think nearly no other character can say for a comparitively fast C button. So you think about blockstrings differently than other characters

Like just look at this motherfuckers frame data and compare it to other characters. It is hard to use because it nearly all requires manual timing/setups but its very strong

I'm not getting any audio when using a ps4 controller on pc does anyone know why?

Actual Seth pressure and blockstrings are harder than his combos

It's because of the audio jack on the ps4 controller tripping pcs into thinking its a speaker but being unable to use it as one

What driver are you using? DS4 windows should fix that issue

How full is lobby?

It took a global pandemic for duesta to start showing up regularly on PC

first PC lobby has 5/6. Not sure if there is a second lobby already

duesta lingers around here and hes the only real seth im aware of that comes to these parts. im the poster here and here and im only speaking from second hand experience and being buddies with a seth player and learning a lot about him from that

it's how you progress normally. go from white, to yellow, and then the other colors after that depending on how well you do.

White squares aren’t the bottom. The game calculates how many matches you win and gives you a square based on them. I’m not sure how many matches it take though

don't worry about the colors too much. they dont mean anything
