If you're into dungeon crawler rpgs Etrian Odyssey is God tier. If you like simple action rpgs with cute styles and very extensive, elaborate job systems, Fantasy life is fucking amazing. Rune factory 4 is good if you like that stuff. Fire emblem Echoes is a nice tactival rpg with no waifu-shit. Fire emblem Awakening is a nice tactival rpg with waifu shit. Hope you find something good.

>turn on 3DS
>open FBI>SD>cias
>select game you want to install
>select "install and delete"

To add to this, some archives have .3ds files.
Drop them in into your gm9 directory's [in] folder and you can use gm9 to convert them. If they won't convert, verify them with gm9 and repair

I don't get this game. A lot of the puzzles are just "tee hee gotcha!". I like a some of the puzzles but between the gotchas and the re-use of several already mediocre puzzles I don't love it. I'm going to finish it but is Azran Legacy any better?

Is there any way to transfer cias to the 3ds through wifi?
Hate opening the n3ds and the back screws already have some wear on them.

There's a program called Boop that may work for you. I tried it and had iffy results. Other than that you can use an FTP server, just look up 3ds FTP server guide and something will come up

Kirby Triple Deluxe and Planet Robobot are really fun

It actually had the definitive version of RE1 (not counting the remake).

Look up Beeshop and how to use it. It can also download games for you, but if you already have the .cias you can conveniently rename them to have Beeshop send it to your 3DS via FTP

*When Beeshop downloads a .cia to get ready to transfer, it names it game.cia in its folder.

It's really lacking on action games but its great for rpgs, be it strategy, dungeon crawlers or regular jrpg.
It has a bunch of great rhythm games too

What the fuck? Why? I remember the original 3DS having a normal SD slot on the outside.

The new 3ds has a stupid back plate that you have to unscrew to access the SD card. No idea why it was added
