thoughts on this series? and what's your favorite game in it?
playing 1800 right now and the game is good. Got some tractors for my farms and they are a godsend
Anno thread
That's the only one in the series that I've played and I liked it a lot. Very comfy.
Anno is super comfy, but I only played 1404 with Venice
No crack no play.
Anno 1404 on the other hand. Now that is a game.
Everyone who plays it is into it. Simple as. 1800 is really good but it's missing the replayability that 1404 had.
When the fuck will I be able to pirate 1800?
1800 could do with some scenario maps just like what 1404 had, I was surprised those were completely gone now, even if the campaign and sanbox are my main go to.
Campaign was more of a glorified tutorial and felt short but I'm hoping the dlc will make up for it, I haven't really tried the new regions yet
I'm still waiting for a crack. Fuck ubishit.
it’s the RTS that turtlefags should be playing instead of demanding the rest of the genre cater to them
Where is the crack nigguh
What are some other games "turtlefags" like me would also like? They are billions comes to mind what else
Hasn't it been cracked yet?
1800 finally overtook 2070 as my favorite. It's just such a good game. I'm worried about the future DLC though - adding EVEN MORE regions seems to be a mistake given how overwhelming managing 4 gets to be.
nope. most likely won't be.
keep paying for those DLCs, cuck
>no crack
ebin shite. 1404 is best anno
based thread for a based game
>Zig Forums still triggered about having to buy the game to play it
pure pottery. you couldn't handle the kino anyway
That's your rude cousins city, user.
Can I buy a cheap key somewhere?
>tfw bought it on Steam a day before it disappeared to Ebin store
Phew.
>supporting ubishit
cringe
what site/resource do you use for layouts? Haven't played since launch pretty much so I'm sure some nazi out there minmaxed the game to shit
Either Anno 0815 or Anno 4711 are my favourite
No one cares, george.
I'd love an Anno set during antiquity or during very late sci-fi.
Post cities
same, unfortunately boomers are going to forever hold the setting of the anno series in their iron grip. BB put out a survey some months ago asking what time period people would like to see next. Out of maybe 20 options, more than half were generic historical settings, there was maybe 2 for futuristic, one for fantasy, one for steampunk, one for wild west, and I think that was it for "unconventional" settings. They didn't post results, but you can bet your ass just by virtue of the options that the winner was some boring historical period.
>he doesn't even know how the numbers work
That being said, antiquity could potentially be interesting.
I love the aesthetic of the anno series but holy fuck they need to add in unlockable building designs to add in some fucking variety to your city and also get rid of the fucking grid system. If they did those 2 things Anno would easily be undeniably the best city builder. It's still my favorite but you can't deny that cities look boring as fuck once you get to endgame because EVERY building looks the same. Look at for example. That view was chosen for that screenshot because it is probably one of the only places in their city that has variety, because it contains production facilities next to residential buildings. The remaining 95% of their city is identical buildings. Boring as shit.
1800>1404>2070>2205>1701>the rest of them
