I've seen some insanely lewd outfits in this game, outfits that I was assured were not mods and were not some anime collab. IIRC it was basically just metal/robotic looking pasties. Are they in NA yet? If not, do you know what they would be called so I could look it up and track when they release it?

I think they are, but they also added some today with the new Scratch (Gacha)

is that a basewear or an underwear? Because underwear is irrelevant since you ALWAYS need to have a basewear that goes over it, usually completely masking the underwear, which is fucking retarded.

So characters won’t be carried over? Only cosmetics?

This game looks really bad.

cosmetics will be carried over, but they likely won't be graphically enhanced in any way to meet the new art style. So new cosmetics will look very nice, your character will look very nice but if you are using any cosmetics from the original version they will most likely retain their current, lower poly look. So you'll have a next gen looking character wearing last gen looking gear.

It's Innerwear unfortunately and yeah it is pretty dumb
You'd have to use a mod that hides basewear to even see it, but it might at least look alright with something like the Combat Raider base if you want to go for a 'wearing nothing underneath' look

I don't play a female character but the closest you can really get to looking naked right now on NA without mods is these 3 Outfits
The first two are from the current SG (Star Gem) Scratch and the last was released on Fresh Finds (Rotating shop of items that changes everyday; also uses SG)
All three however are un-tradeable, with the last only being obtaining when the game was still Xbox exclusive
The first two require you to Gacha and hope you get them
