Was it just me or was this game pretty shit? It was just walking all the time, and occasionally you would fight ghost things or random raiders. And combat wasn’t fun as it was more of a fucking nuisance since you would lose the shit you’ve been carrying for the past 3 hours. It was this song and dance for fucking 50 hours or some bullshit. It might have been worth it if the story was good but the story was so fucking BORING. The characters were as boring as cardboard, it was so fucking repetitive saying the same fucking things over and over, the emotional scenes were pretty cringe with way too much dialogue, and you pretty much knew how the ending was going to be because it was so fucking obvious. Maybe I just hate Kojima games but man I feel like it was actual garbage. The only thing I can say good about it is the graphics and soundtrack, but that’s very superficial. Graphics and music don’t make a good game.
Death Stranding
>Was it just me
Weren't you here when it came out on the ps4 dude? I can guarantee it wasn't just you
It's a pretty good game, you're probably american
>today i will remind them
>it was just walking all the time
What did you expect lmao
lot a words to say you're a brainlet
>Plays game about walking
>Complains about walking
Rent free
I can see why someone wouldn't like it but no it isn't shit.
>Sucking Kodima’s tiny nip dick
Kill yourselves
>buy pencil
>it's not a pen
what the fuck bros, this is bullshit
It's a high budget game for a niche audience.
It's okay for you to dislike it.
I fucking loved it though.
The walking animations were too detailed and now i can't play other games with their vague walk cycles.
Fist thing i immediately noticed in Tsushima was how the character didn't react to the ground. It had no effect on him and it was so jarring, so weightless.
The inverse kinematic and walk-cycles metagame was upped by Death Stranding for all future 3rd person games where you control a human.
You're probably exaggerating but I never had a delivery that was 3 hours. I could always zip through using the roads and ziplines I built, and even for areas where I don't have those set up, it wouldn't be more than 30 minutes.
Story really was cringe, I lost interest half-way through, and later on started yelling at the game to shut the fuck already and let me play. Enough with fucking pointless exposition dumps, enough of fucking melodramatic non-sense. Swear to God the last 3 hours is nothing but cutscenes.
I somewhat enjoyed the logistics elements of game, but that wasn't fleshed out or challenging at all. Game is ridiculously easy - all delivery points are accessible within minutes and there's structures built all over the place. I haven't placed more than 3 ladders during entire gametime.
Basically if you want challenging game about traversing and building logistic infrastructure, this game ain't for you.
i also thought the game was really shitty. i got the digital deluxe edition free on ps4 when it came out due to something related to working at gamestop at the time and it was one of the most boring games ive ever played. i gave it 2 or 3 genuine attempts to get into it but it was just so incredibly boring. the game has absolutely nothing there to draw you in and the world is really uninteresting.
the only reason it was popular is because people who buy shit like fifa and nba every year bought it because their friends were hyping it up for them based on trailers they watched. they only played it to fit in
>the only reason it was popular is because people who buy shit like fifa and nba every year bought it because their friends were hyping it up for them based on trailers they watched. they only played it to fit in
These are the kind of people who hate this game, you braindead moron.
Maybe you should try one of those games instead, they might be more for your iq level.
I loved it at first, then I hated it and then I loved it again. It was my fault though because I kept trying to brute force deliveries with the truck and most of the time I would just put myself into worse situations that could've been avoided on foot.
>It’s not a bad game you just don't understand it
This is about the most laziest excuse that I ever hear. And it’s almost always in relation to Hideo Kojima’s games. He’s fucking like Quentin Tarantino at this point where he could actually shit into a game disc box and sell it to you and you would say it was art and should be game of the year.
let's see your SSS ranks.
What's that?
I finished game last night, ended up being lvl225 or something.
>it was one of the most boring games ive ever played. i gave it 2 or 3 genuine attempts to get into it but it was just so incredibly boring
with all of the bullshit and failure in my life, i can at least rest easy knowing i'll never be this fucking stupid.
????
>"game is sooooooo easy bro"
>is shit at it anyway
lmao
It has the worst writing of any of Kojima's games including POOPS and the combat only gets in the way of the actual good parts of the game but I still liked it.
>Take an extra briefcase like Dropped Cargo
>Smash MULE's head in
>Take his cargo during the slow mo
>Run up to the next MULE and repeat
Do they ever make it so that you cant just do this over and over
you have ADHD, user. it's okay though, call of duty will always be there fore you.
Just because I'm not autistic enough to deliver every single package, doesn't make this game not easy
>bro you didnt play til 300 hours in to complete every little thing so you are too ADHD to really understand it
good argument
It's a slow paced game that rewards patience. It's really clear what type of people won't like it when they screech about how instantaneously boring it was.
I didn't say it was hard, I said you were shit at it, which makes your claim that it's easy completely worthless.
You never got a legend badge from a delivery?
They get guns later into the game so they actually become threatening.
Not really. There's so much random player cargo that I rarely deliver so it became my main go-to for dealing with Mule camps.
he probably hardly did any standard deliveries, let alone premium ones.
The story is complete shit after the hour-long intro (which was fantastic). Thankfully the hiking-sim gameplay was extremely addictive.
how on earth did i miss the collector? i'm in the postgame (lol) after about 60 hours and just found him. fuck me if he gives some useful gear or something
i dont think the gameplay is enjoyable
i think the combat is a joke
the storyline is a sad excuse for one
building all the roads and shit is literally just a list of chores to do with no real satisfaction from doing the entire list of chores
i could keep going but im not going to bother with trying to reason with a kojima drone
MARIO AND PRINCESS BEACH
ok zoomer.
BRAVO KOJIMA
