I liked the part in the Gehenna sourcebook where one of the scenarios you can choose involves Cain seeing the ghost of his brother after all this time who simply says “I forgive you” and Cain tells him to fuck off.

Vampires are inherently physically superhuman without the use of Disciplines. I assume the same was true of Caine, sine Lillith is only supposed to have helped him with Disciplines, which uses the power of his vampire blood anyway

Nobody has any fucking clue what Lilith was. Since she was cast out of Eden in jewish apocrypha, it's possible God slapped her with a similar curse to Caine's, making her a second 1st generation vampire. The book of nod explicitly states she used disciplines too.
