PvZ2 is ok, just not as good as the first one, and the microtransactions are everywhere.
On that note, you could search for "PvZ2 Eclise", it's a mod for PvZ2 that completely changes the game, it balances plants and gets rid of the micro transactions. An update dropped a couple of weeks ago that added a crap to of levels and many and different modes. It's worth a look, user.
