BOTW
Stopped taking these awards seriously when this piece of eurojank won goty over BB.
Caused that much butthurt, huh?
Mine would be Dark Souls 3.
>bloodborne reskin
So any word on that PC port?
April 1st of the year Never Ever
Any answer other than Witcher 3 is wrong
I love janky Netflix games!
>5 years later
>still angry
Hollow Knight, the game that will permanently force you to ask if a game is actually worth its price point if this is worth just $15.
Here are the other best games
>Bloodborne
>Prey
>Breath of the Wild
>Tropical Freeze
>Doom Eternal
Here are games that shouldn't be in the discussion, but are for some reason
>Persona 5
>The Witcher 3
>Spider-Man
>Horizon
>Mario Odyssey
>God of War
>Nier Automata
Nah, I liked it. Played 250 hours. But it's definitely not better than Bloodborne.
t. Hasn’t played Witcher 3
Unfortunately gaming news sites write articles about whatever people will click on. They keep saying rockstar is making an rdr1 port every year since it came out. If they are making a port of it you cant rely on news sites to know when.
I question the IQ of anyone who isn't choosing Witcher 3. Ghost of Tsushima is a very distant #2
>Fucking Sony with their movie games
>Most soulless Souls game
>CDPR's Magnum Opus that changed gaming landscape with it's creative side quests, world and an actual RPG with actual consequences in 3D finally (Even tough they were mostly minor differences)
I don't see any competition user. Especially funny considering Miyazaki spent 33% of their resources on chalice dungeons instead of giving game itself actual content as if he was trying to done away with it.
Huh, all of this matches my taste perfectly but I never played Prey. What makes it so good?
>minor differences
Actually fucking kill yourself. Fuck you
>With many QoL improvements over Bloodborne and having actually interesting areas, weapons, RPG elements
Wait a little longer. You'll see it before PS5 comes out.
It's basically System Shock 3. I mean it really doesn't do anything that System Shock didn't do which still makes it one of the best games of the generation.
> bugsnax announced to PS4
y'all know
BB was unfinished just like all the other souls games, it doesn't deserve such an award.
>Prey
Could someone give me a rundown on this series? I heard somewhere that one of the old games is the one that everyone loves, which one are they talking about? I thought there was only the one that came out in 2017 or something, is that one any good? How many is there?
>Most soulless Souls game
But sekiro won GOTY last year
>Snoy and EGS
Like cancer and said combined
Tbh 3 feels like a reskin of 1's areas, and I havent felt very interested in any of the zones.
It goes to Witcher 3
... Ghost of Kino
Prey (2006) has nothing to do with Prey (2017). Bethesda is just stupid and reused the name for no real reason other than brand recognition for a completely different brand. Prey (2017) got shit for not being an actual sequel to Prey (2006) and getting a notoriously harsh review for a bug encountered by a critic. It was not considered a hit.
However, as time passed, more people picked it up and realized this was the game they told you Bioshock was. It's a true blue immersive sim all about all the ways you can dick around in the environment. While it lacks enemy variety, it is incredibly rewarding for anyone who loves experimentation and trust in the player.
Cancerous newfag.
