>Some of those who were creating joke reviews noted they were not banned for their actions but had their awards taken away (a Steam community feature) for their review, and now require their reviews be looked over by moderators (has not been clarified if this applies to all such individuals):
Imagine having your account shadow banned and marked as untrustworthy for writing a joke review the next thing you'll post will now have to be carefully examined by the mods.
How will steamies continue to cry about the Epic Store supporting the Chinese censorship now lol?

Its sort of a mixed bag. Usually you have some die-hard braindead fans in every bigger franchise out there and they try their very best to censor any and all negative criticism. Now if they eventually find something to nitpick on and find something ban worthy they obviously jump on that immediately. Now of course it also depends where he made that review. There is a difference between moderators of single games and their respective place on steam and regular public reviews on the store page. Generally speaking I wouldn't blame steam but rather those mindless fanatics who usually are huge shills of the game in question.

Go ahead and tell me how does that boot taste cause you seem like a pro at polishing it with your tongue
Eli Collins
i think it's another case of "one bad actor in the company makes it seem like the whole company is bad", like it was with banning eroges on the other hand, has a good point.
Angel Adams
Even a review full of "maymays" is still a valuable review. More so when its negative.

>mmmmmmmm corporate boot mmmm tastes so yummy weird post to type but alright

>Act like retard >bwaah why did they ban me Is this some sort of new zoomer gimmick or what

>image wasting you time on earth shit posting on the steam review page
Read the rules you dumb niggers. What the hell did you autists expect to happen when you all willingly got baited by that fucking BLM """game"""?
Now go run and cry to daddy oneangryincel.

Valve is based out of Seattle, the entire west coast is completely compromised and taken over by socjus, it's laughably easy for these people to get positions where they can pull shit like this since the law basically prohibits companies from curating who they hire in any meaningful way that allows filtering out communist fuckbags like the ones pulling shit like this.
Julian Russell
This. Imagine using steam when the Epic Games store exists.
And how exactly is that gonna prevent people from using a VPN? >Get a turkish, russian, north korean VPN >Pay with paypal >Money is automatically changed into the currency the country is using >Got games cheap >Turn off VPN
Bentley Turner
Called it. I knew this was going to happen after I saw Zig Forums make threads about the game and spam it with shit.
James Garcia
I mean when they create incentives like this for reviews, what else would you expect other than people trying to be comedians? Legitimate reviews? Who would do that?
Lincoln King
>shitting up review section with unfunny maymay instead of useful stuff Good riddance.
No, but they did have a nigger sale during the basketball protests.
Owen Walker
I think they either hosted or donated to a nigger dev event but that's it, they haven't said a word about the BLM shit and probably never will.
Lucas Roberts
Are you people braindead? Why go through VPN hoops when you can just pirate the game? I swear this place is riddled with mouthbreathers.
Benjamin Scott
From what I remember a publisher Guerrilla Collective wanted to do a sale for their nigger devs so Steam gave them a day or two to do it. It's basically like all their other publisher showcases except this time the publisher wanted to talk about nigs.
Jeremiah Moore
i'm very rich and my penice also fuck bitcoining ransomewarez miners

Multiplayer games. It's because of niggers making piles of cheap accounts to hack with.
>i'm very rich You're not, you wouldn't be replying in the first place if you were
Caleb Reyes
Based steam “funny” reviews are shit and just clog up the review section Yes dude writing “silly thing here happened” 10/10 is not that funny after a decade or ever at all
Aaron Cook
I bet this was coordinated to some degree. It really smells like the typical 'create problem > present solution' type of fuckery they've pulled in the past. >create outrage bait 'game' (minimal effort, only purpose is to bait) >seed initial outrage with sockpuppets and direct raids against the outrage bait 'game' until others take the bait >this creates pretense for compromised staff allies within Valve to make a push internally to implement tighter controls on 'hate speech' within the platform (the real goal of which is to create pretense to remove any speech they want, not just 'hate speech') >socjus has now collectively 'owned' discourse on Steam and can, through their compromised staff allies, begin singling out and targetting those who say things that go counter to their ideology And there you have another platform crushed under the 'long march' through the vidya industry
Sebastian Brooks
>not wanting to support your fellow pirates and letting them mine bitcoins in exchange for free games You're so selfish omfg
