I only want to play 1 gacha, which should I play between: FGO, E7, GBF or Arknights?

If you're set on playing a real gacha, then FGO is your choice, the others aren't even gacha, they're collection games

You get enough materials to roll at least four times a day and there's events where you can just get a five star if you didn't get it yet. You won't be wanting for five stars, you shouldn't even be using them when you start playing because you'll burn through all your resources doing that.
Believe me that it's by far the most forgiving in terms of depending on units to get through core content.

Arknights if you gonna bother between those 4. No real opinion on E7, but having played the other 3, Arknights is the most generous and actually has decent gameplay for a tower defence game.

It's fine. Gets kind of good when the maps get sophisticated enough.
It's a better time-killer than FGO which has no auto and takes a dozen actions to get anything done.

GFL. It's got actual gameplay, story and characters. Which none of the others have.

GBF has Final Fantasyish Music, Story and Characters, this is by far the best part of it.
The flipside is, it's basically a second job if you want to progress. You are cucked by ping if you aren't in Asia and will never be able to compete with an Japanese player with a similiar progression as you have.

E7 was fun for a while but i stopped playing before the remake or whatever it is. Horrible Balance, Horrible Powercreep.

I would rather find a characters whose design/personality I like then lewd them than look for the lewd characters.

Huge parts of the story are just techically incompetent, the writers fail at basic parts of the craft like establishing a stable of characters and a plot beyond a bunch of barely-connected encounters. Before we even talk about themes and shit.

So like any game that doesnt have paywalled characters. You seem to forget the pool is so incredibly bloated that rolling that specific girl you want is not easy at all and iirc there are no rateups

FGO: Forget it, too old now, extremely generic gameplay with extremely bad gacha rates. The story raped the whole franchise to such an extend that it broke the mind of the fanbase into thinking it's good.
E7: TOO MUCH RNG, even if you're lucky in the gacha, you can end up with multiple months without progression because you're looting shit for items or they turn into shit as you upgrade them.
Granblue Fantasy: consider it a Lineage II-like MMORPG grind wise more than a gacha. Art and music are beautiful but the UI really suffers from it being a web browser game, better to play on PC than mobile.
Arknights: pretty ok, nothing terribly wrong about it if you like tower defense, art is good and music too. They release a new song for each new max rarity character on their youtube account so you often endup with pretty good things to listen to.
