I always start with some unambiguously lewd prompt and then retry the first AI generation attempt until it follows my lewdness with more lewdness. Then if it makes the characters hesitant to do lewd shit I edit their actions/dialogue slightly to make them either willing participants or unable to resist. From there it plays itself out nicely.
