I just finished Aria of Sorrow. What GBA or DS Castlevania game should I play next?

Why a fucking Chink mobile game of all things? Why not port Dawn of Sorrow to mobile since it has touch screen?

They're all worth playing, even the lowest rated one (HoD).

I would suggest just playing it all in order and if you want something similar to Aria of Sarrow just jump to Dawn of Sarrow on the DS.

My favorites were Dawn and OoE.

Portrait or Ecclesia if you haven't. Then Bloodstained. Then start again from the first. It's the eternal cycle of Castlevania. To play again and again until the battle of 1999 is made.

Also, not counting the main character and the skeleton, is this looking better than yesterday? Still extremely unfinished but getting closer. I need to resize the MC and fix the skeleton, perhaps even resprite it.

Glad to see Bloodstained under great tier. For some reason I thought I had seen a lot of hate for it on Zig Forums I might have been mistaken.

But yeah I'm almost done with it and it's been a blast. So many different weapons and shards to play it.

It's their replacement for Grimoire of Souls, which was basically an Igavania turned back into a side scroller.
Despite never updating GoS or releasing it outside of Canada they evidently think the reason it failed was because of the gothic art style so the new game is anime like DoS/PoR.

The reason it failed was because it was released only in Canada and it was a mediocre mobile game. Its also the reason why I hope the next mobile game fails. They may as well keep releasing Pachinko games with this kind of crap

Most of the "hate" for Bloodstained came from shitposters (or one really devoted singular shitposter) who kept trying to start up a fight between the Bloodstained and Hollow Knight fanbases for some reason.

The game objectively looks like ass, but it's alright once you grasp the weird double-layering of shard mechanics.

I'll try to get attention once I have a released demo. Shouldn't be long if things stop failing catastrophically. That was actually my first idea, but it has been done before
