It's always interesting when Japan creates a blacks character. It's either a cool as fuck stand out or a dumb almost racist caricature with no in between. And sometimes it's both and it miraculously fucking works, like pic related.
I'm always excited to see wtf they come up with next, I mean just look at Nagoriyuki, this dude looks fucking amazing. I also think that western devs play it a bit too safe when designing black characters and it end up resulting in pretty boring designs at times.

With that said all those examples look cool and I'm 100% ok with it. The first one is obviously a humorous (as in "jokingly badass") character, the 2nd is abolutely fine on itself, 3rd one is perfectly fine by itself as well and the 4th one is obviously a caricature.
