PS5 controller has adaptive shoulder button triggers, haptic feedback, a built-in microphone, an earphone jack, and longer battery life.
Every unit comes with a controller in the package and is a fine update to the PS4 controller that you and your friends will not be able to use on the new system. I have a feeling this critism, or controversy, will become less important as time goes on so enjoy talking about it now while you can.

Last Sony console I bought was the Vita, and I'm not planning on buying either of the new consoles, and the PS5 isn't going to be my choice if I do decide to pick one up later, but isn't it kind of stupid to complain about not being able to use the old controller? Most of the time you can't, so you shouldn't expect that to be a feature.
