It wasn't planned all along, they didn't secure finding until Nintendo stepped in to be the distributor for TSA/3 in Nov of 2018. Then GhM was able to start work on 3 in Jan of 2019. It was announced way too soon.

Do you guys think it'll be a straight port or an actual remaster? I wouldn't mind if they added the qol stuff and extra side gigs from Paradise, but I hope they keep the Wii artstyle. When Suda last talked about this at the end of last year, it sounded like they hadn't done any real work on it yet.
