Agreed

Its really underappreciated. People complain about too much brown and I agree many areas are too dusty, but the forests have never felt more atmospheric, they are beautiful and subtly unnerving.
The game is also underappreciated for the sword arts, all of which help the player spice up combat, and also its dungeon layouts and bosses, who are at least very cool in an aesthetic sense even if they're painfully easy.

looks like he nutted

alright you are a furry we get it.

>FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

People complain about the color brown in the game? Well what color would they prefer neon blue?

Not furry. even without the wolf it just feels like a zelda game in its truest form. I mean being able to use different weapons is cool and all but botw still dosnt have the same feel

Zant should have been the only villain, stop shuffing Ganon into every goddamn zelda game

Fucking kek

Not bashing Botw both are 10/10 but Twilight Princess is better

My top 3 Zelda games.

1:Ocarina of Time
2:Twilight Princess
3:Pandora's Tower

>Ganondorf screams the n word in Link's face as he dies, as one last taunt that in his life he achieved the coveted n-word pass and Link did not

>The Zelda cycle is real

Most underrated aspect of TP is how the rolling feels desu. Literally NEVER seen anyone bring it up. I like how you have more control over it and how its more fluid/fast than all the other zeldas before.

>but the forests have never felt more atmospheric,
not be a betafag, but pics like this with forests with rays of light shining down in this graphical style is peak SOUL. I don't care if a realistic style would look outdated on nintendo's consoles, I want it.

I agree completely, and the music perfects the mood too. The forests are so eerie in that perfect way

By terms of story telling, I truly feel this game shines in making the story feel like an epic, and Link a hero of legend. He learned how to fight from the Hero of Time himself, he's a descnedant of him none the less. He's single handedly saved a village from being ransacked, thawed a river that fed one of the biggest lakes in the series, rescued a kidnapped boy, and again, single handedly escorted a wagon with unarmed passengers across a dangerous field. Dueled King Bokoblin at least 4 times, twice on horse back, and won the respect of his adversary. He's wrestled Gorons, slain a dragon, fucking threw Dark Beast Ganon with his bare fucking hands aside, and later beat Ganondorf in a sword duel. He's saved two realms, and helped give the Master Sword even more power. This Link is definitely one of the best in my opinions, and by far the grandest of adventures. He's been limited to the power of a wolf and still triumphs over his enemies. In terms of a story, this feels on par with an Epic. Something like the Iliad.

Twilight was never shunned desu, it was what fans wanted Wind Waker to be

>Dueled King Bokoblin at least 4 times, twice on horse back
Cant wait to get to that part. still on the second temple

>simple cool og cover
>then theres the clusterfuck cover of the Wii U version

It's all kino. Burn the image into your heart.

This, at the time it was loved and it was only disliked for a short while on Zig Forums. I remember when the game out I felt incredibly satisfied. I still liked Wind Waker but ngl Twilight was the game I wanted after Majora

Not just the rolling, but everything. I feel like it has the tightest controls out of any Zelda game, everything is fine-tuned. Not to mention it has the most abilities out of any Zelda game. Even excluding the sword moves, you can swing your sword while running, swing it in the middle of doing a side jump, and you have a unique lunge move after rolling. He has more moves with just the sword than all of the weapons in botw combined. Now if only the enemies were tougher, I feel like TP's biggest flaw was the enemy AI was so passive, even 3 heart runs were very easy.

>zoomers will soon shitpost about how Skyward Sword is an underrated gem of Zelda series

someone post that screenshot where ganondorf says "CURSE YOU... nigga!"

I dread the day it happens. I'm still mad I bought into ign's 10/10 bullshit review.

Skyward Sword is an underrated gem of the Zelda series

ganondorf is a sand nigger so he gets a pass

this one has the most fun temples of any Zelda game, i still remember that cool bossfight with the floating skull while having to wallride dorifto

It was definitely shunned. Too easy, collectathon parts, Ganon again.

did you get filtered?

Attached: hqdefault.jpg (480x360, 16.47K)

Yes and the water temple boss was lit.

Nah, too much padding between dungeons, wolf gameplay is bad, and game forces you to care about many shit characters like Illia and Colin. Game is pretty boring honestly. Midna as a character and Snowpeak are the only things that standout.

stop this revisionist shit, people loved this game and it was never hated or caused an uproar like Wind Waker or Majoras Mask did

I always looked forward to the dragon boss in the city in the sky on a replay, even though I disliked the dungeon itself, at least as a kid. I also always looked forward to Arbiter's Ground, it was my favorite dungeon in the game

It's an actual game, with well crafted dungeons and lots of content, not some open world sandbox bullshit

on Zig Forums maybe, then again I definitely wasn't posting here when it came out

>Illia and Colin.
obviously you havent played it. The minigames fishing, cave of ordeals, sword fights make the game a top tier zelda game

GITUPGITUPGITUPGITUPGITUUUUUUUUUPPPP

SO HERE I AM

Illia is peak zelda waifu tho

It was definitely disliked. Do you know who many threads I had to wade through about it's difficulty, items being useless, wolf sections etc. Just because you were busy fapping to Midna doesn't mean I didn't experience Zig Forumss opinion at the time.

LIGHTS OUT
GUERILLA RADIO
TURN THAT SHIT UP

Zig Forums hates everything and i ment how the game was recieved by the general audience, which disliked majora and wind waker

Zig Forums went through a period of pouring solid hate for the game on its boards, I remember vividly.

both those games were better

I've beaten the game twice. I dont like it as much as OoT, MM, LA, ALttP and BotW. I find the game tried to hard to be OoT, failed and is a snoozefest to play through.

>WW
>better

true, but when Twilight came out it was everything fans wanted years ago after seeing the "realistic" video trailer of link fighting ganondorf
