2 of them can't be played on anything newer. 1 of them IS playable on PS4 but only in Japan.

Yes Switch is better because it has almost all the games and more.
PS4 still only has Bloodborne though. I don't buy shitty movies or open world garbage.
You can do most of that on a regular Wii, and HDMI adapter a cost pennies right now.
WiiU goes for triple the price on average, and the few things it has over Wii don't justify the extra $100ish.
Off the top of my head...
-WiiU IS technically the best way to emulate Donkey Kong 64...
-Only way to play DS games on a TV, but not every DS game was ported to VC
-Even after 3D World and the HD Zelda Remasters come out on Switch, WiiU will still be the only way to experience "masterpieces" such as Splatoon 1, Kirby Rainbow Curse, Paper Mario Colour Splash, Star Fox Zero, and Sonic Boom Rise Of Lyric.

I regret buying my Wii U much, much more than my Xbone. The Switch makes it absolutely pointless. Even games I thought would never get ported like TMS got a Switch release. Gonna be getting rid of all my Wii U games and just use the console as a Wii from now on.

Wii U is a novelty to have since it's easy to pirate games for, there's some more content on the Switch versions but you can pirate DLC for it anyways.
Free online, for glory was better than elite, some, although small, amount of unique stages. Gameplay is different enough that im sure there are autists out there who actually prefer it over ultimate.
Splatoon 1 has a unique story mode still. Not something crazy, but its still a reason to go back
