Wonderful 101 has better load times and will eventually get new DLC (free to backers), but other than that and some re-balancing on mission ranking and move shop prices, it's the same game

You miss out on bonus content in every game except the Bayonettas. In some cases, like Tropical Freeze, it's barely significant, but in Pokkén it's like four fighters they just never brought to the Wii U version.
Is there a way to do that without hooking up my Wii U? Let me see if my purchases are listed online. I bought all my Wii U games digital. I thought I was ahead of the curve but it turns out I'm just a dumb chump.

Not too upset, though. It's not like a remaster/port takes away that fun I had with them at the time.
I did wish there was some way to transfer save data from the old hyrule warriors to the new one, though. After putting in hundreds of hours into the OG one on the WiiU, not wanting to restart was the only thing that kept me from getting it on the switch.

Bayonetta and TW101 are worth it on PC (Bayo on Switch is fine too). Bayo2 is only kinda worth it. HWL DE is very much worth it if you only played it on WiiU. The rest LMFAOing at ur life

If anything, Hyrule Warriors is the only port where having to restart from the beginning actually makes sense. They completely changed adventure mode, there's no real way to convert your progress from the Wii U version.

Actually Bayonetta 2 has amiibo support on the Switch. Only thing it does is let’s you unlock the Chain Chomp early and makes grinding for halos a little faster.

You're not missing out on much in most of these cases. Yeah, it would be nice if Nintendo would give a cheaper option for people who own the Wii U versions, but it's not the end of the world. You still own the games, played them (I presume), and can most likely play them again assuming you didn't sell your Wii U.

It's basically a re-skin for the acorn, and only works on easy mode. If you're playing as Mario, it just creates frustration because the game still gives them out as prizes all the time, but you can't use them unless you switch to Toadette. I unironically have a better time playing in on WiiU because at least then I can use all the powerups as a character I actually want to use.
