She wanted peace, insofar as people stop attacking each others and vying for control when from space the whole world looked beyond such trivial things. Her hope for peace to me is a cope, to contrast against her darker nature she tries to fight against.

The recreation was so accurate that her fucking ghost was in that thing which was maybe the cheesiest thing in the series. What more could you possibly need? It was the moment Big Boss tossed his bandana because this accurate representation made him understand that she simply gave up fighting. Further questions about the AI's accuracy are completely unnecessary. Kojima meant this to be an accurate representation simply to make this narrative moment happen.

She blew up Groznyj Grad because she was merely following her orders despite her personal vendetta. That way, she doesn't further fuck the world up. The only other option in-universe would be to lead a shady conspiracy crusade against the U.S. government which in MGS is objectively a big bad no no.
Meanwhile, BB was never able to get that "being a soldier" and "world peace" aren't completely contradictory as they seem to be at first glance.
