Then it's all about guard point and that's a struggle when you don't know the monster's patterns

for regular SAED unga you should ignore all that except charge shield. it does feel like you are fighting your weapon more than the monster at first but it just takes getting used to. esp easy if you take focus3.

1(optional), charge2, 1+2 combo until red
block+2. now you have phials
cancel AED with block, now shield is charged
repeat charging phials
now release SAED with regular combo or straight 1+2 after a block
keep getting phials and unleashing SAED until you need to charge shield again.

insect glaive dps is not as bad as people make it out to be

People using DPS parsers because they are already bored by the game and want to make up some inexistent competition without even telling other plays that they are competing are pure cringe, though. Just low self-esteem retards.

desu its useful, there could a 100 different variations decos you could go with. because looking up a meta build you probably don't have the exact same decos so you have to mix and match the best you can. the training area damage meter isn't the best.

every single weapon is viable no one is saying otherwise. TA rankings exist theres nothing you can do about it, it only sucks the fun out if you force yourself to play gunner solely based on clear speeds.
