They are forgetting casuals do not give a shit about their game and will leave at a whim, or the next big game releases.
They should have multiple queues so they can change up the game pool to test whats popular.

At least 30% of the time at this point. Normally, I'm pretty understanding, but when a game is advertised this much and sold at $20, it shouldn't have the problems it's been having still.
