Isaac Clarke has literally killed armies of undead killing machines, not to mention all the bosses he's killed plus surviving the markers influence. Leon survived racoon city and RE4 not mentioning all the other shit he's done I can't be bothered listing. Xenomorph is literally bread to kill all other life forms and be the sole surviving life forever in the galaxy. Geralt literally gets contracted to kill hundreds of monsters just like the ones in Bloodborne. Snake is a stealth god. I FUCKING HATE DMC FANBOY FAGS KILL YOURSELF

Heather definitely wouldn't survive, maybe she'd get through some early areas, but since defeating bosses is required for progression she'd just get fucked.
The Xenomorph and Venom are a maybe, they have very little experience fighting enemies with literal magic so they might have trouble with many enemies. The Xenomorph could probably get by just on sheer physical ability though.
Isaac and Leon are similar to Venom, but have more experience fighting monstrous enemies. However, I don't think they have the agility to survive the entire thing.
Geralt and Link are a cut above in terms of agility and have magic on their side, but at the same time, Link's fighting style is one that's explicitly bad against beasts and both are still just normal humans with a few gadgets and mundane magic tricks up their sleeve.
Dante is the only one that's 100% guaranteed to survive. I think in order from most likely to survive to no chance at survival it goes

Hunters aren't human anymore, especially the Good Hunter who ends up being one step away from a Great One by the end of the game (and becomes one in the true ending)

Going by DS2, he would kludge together something usable out of the furniture in the werewolf room at the start, and that thing would be the most useful, versatile, and economical weapon that stays good through the whole game.

Isaac is the ultimate survivor. The Necromorphs are a bigger threat than anything found in Bloodborne that escalate in moon sized flesh gods awakening.

All the characters on the image can and will survive if they get dosed with good blood like the Good Hunter does at the start of the game. Heather obviously is the weakest of them all, but blood not only makes you immortal, it can buff you till you're a one-man killing machine. She'd just have to grind echoes.
Dante is a special exception due to his agility, strength and durability being higher than Bloodborne characters along with his demonic magic powers and magical weapons. He's just not fair to include; he could do the whole game without a drop of blood in him (but then, he wouldn't be able to see any of the monsters or interact with the world of Bloodborne if that were the case, so to him Yharnam would be a quiet, fairly normal city).

You need more Alien in your lives. That thing not only can wield the same weaponry anyone there can, but is also more intelligent, more agile, and has more useful appendages than everyone there but Dante. Plus, corrosive blood that will pierce everything and is often used aggressively.
I fear for Heather, but only if she's not possessed by "God". Otherwise, everyone there has a reasonable chance.

m8, all of the "gods" in BB can be killed by old weapons and swords. You can kill them with molotov cocktails and throwing knives. Isaac has futuristic weapons that would probably one shot things like Vicar Amelia or the Cleric Beast, an iron man suit that can handle reentry into the atmosphere, and the experience of surviving against necromorphs who are as crazy, or even more so, than beasts.

Firearms are only effective in Bloodborne due to using silver or blood bullets. Isaac's weapons don't use silver or blood as ammunition. QED, he's fucked.

His initial loadout would last him through most of Yarnham. He could also just make silver bolts for his rivet gun since he's an engineer capable of crafting weapons and ammo.

He would decimate BB retard. Throwing knives don't have anything special about them. You can kill everything in the game with enough of them. You can kills beasts by punching them barehanded at level 1. Isaac would one shot all of them with a contact beam.
