That whole album was GOAT.
For me it's annul though.

How is this game nowadays? Worth a play?
Been a ghost town for a years as far as I know. Would love to pick it back up with a squad, as long as those sweaty bunnyhopping light players stay away.

Footprint is my second favourite behind Tin Soldiers but you're right, they're all fantastic.
I've never actually played the game, just wanted to share the soundtrack. It looks like a precursor to Blacklight Retribution and a lot of fun, but I couldn't find any servers to play on. Seems completely dead unless you join some dudes' discord server who play on fridays or something, but I'm not keen on joining a discord server.
It's a shame that this is one of the best game soundtracks ever made and that this composer didn't work on other games since.
i thought he worked on Mankind Divided, or that forgotten DE mobile game
you're right. he did, notably on this track but some others in mankind divided

He did the soundtrack for this weird spin-off Deus Ex game. Doesn't have the same unique sound as the Neotokyo soundtrack though. Don't think he's done anything since then.
>Don't think he's done anything since then.
That's it games-wise but he has been releasing his own albums at long last.
This guy has two new albums and they're pretty great.
TGR FUEL and one more that I forgot.
they aren't as good desu...
Yeah but what is? They have their highlights.
>NT OST
Absolute KINO
that's the problem. every neotokyo track is good. his new albums there's only a few that are on neotokyo level.
Tbh the blacklight, neo tokyo and deus ex team need to get together with harrison and make an actual ghost in the shell game that isn't shit.
Ghost in the Shell would have to stop shitting the bed first.
The mod is alive, but only during Fridays and Saturdays.
bump
quarantine has really helped out recently, seems like most evenings people there are playing on a server
>deus ex dead
>neotokyo dead
>blacklight dead
>2077 shaping up to be a pile of shit
Bros...
wasn't there a single player version in development?
there still is

>2077 shaping up to be a pile of shit
explain this part. i haven't been keeping up
Blacklight hit me the hardest, this game was a fucking masterpiece, the only FPS I can remember where a pure melee cyberninja build was viable

>no car customization
>no apartment customization
>no wallrunning
>freeform skyrim-esque skill progression instead of set classes
>can't join factions
>only 3 backstories/origins (no cop or ex-cop)
>no dual wielding
>combat looks like borderlands
>bulletsponge bosses with glowing weakpoints
>AI is the same retarded AI they've been putting in games for years, the kind that just run into your bullets and kill themselves
>first person melee
>no verticality in the setting, it's just a bog-standard futuristic city, a very small one at that
>fallout 4 dialogue options
>randomized loot system like witcher 3
That's the long and short of it. There's probably more that I've been disappointed about but I don't remember off the top of my head because to be honest I stopped caring about it. The celebrity pandering with Keanu already put a very bad taste in my mouth. It looks to be an "RPG" the same way Witcher 3 was an "RPG"
nice
For me, its Automata

>no wall running
if i am recalling correctly, they said it was highly experimental and may not even be in the final game. how can you start complaining about this. do u know how many things are scrapped during development because they don't pan out. how can you start crying about it seriously lmao
