This is you guys.
This is you guys
Yes.
Imagine judging a videogame on some factor other than the enjoyment you get out of it.
Okay OP but this is you
*takes off pants and squats*
HRRRRRNNNNGGGGG
*takes a fat, sloppy, wet shit all over the floor*
Well, there's an argument to be made that mass appeal means your target was the lowest common denominator, which means your product likely isn't anything new or interesting and merely coasts along on what is already established.
The vast majority of people are fucking idiots so if EVERYONE loves it is either transcendentally fucking good, which is unlikely, or it is the safest middle-of-the-road bullshit you could imagine.
one basedvote had been deposited into your account, sir.
thanks!
edit: thanks for the gold kind stranger!!

Lol making fun of redditors is funny
>playing video games on a laptop

>destroy all humans remake announced
>been looking forward to it since
>it finally comes out
>game becomes very popular with great reviews
>don't feel like playing it anymore
Still bought it a week after launch.
sometimes fanbase associated with the game makes it several times worse than it would be if they did not play it
he's playing chips challenge
yeah mine works fine
>THIS IS YOU, LOOK!
It's all so tiresome.
how hot is it when playing?
why would you want to play a remake of that game with those ugly character models.
>playing bloated shit that needs a NASA computer to run beyond 5 frames
OC thread?
>game gets released
>everyone says it's amazing
>hyping it up as a fantastic game
>hear about it and then start to form an opinion that their opinion of a "10/10" is the same as your opinion of a "10/10"
>eventually play it once it's cheaper or you have time since you hear it's amazing
>turns out it's like a 8/10 game
>feel a bit cheated expecting it to be AMAZING
>actually feels like a 7/10 by comparison
>don't really get the hype for it ever
I think this is a worst feeling honestly, and it hurts because if you were go into a game fresh it wouldn't affect you as much.
You say that but i dont think i have ever done that, ever.
I don't wear a bra so no
'member when feminist complained that internet lacked a "feminine touch"? that's it. back to high school "point and laugh" tribal shit.
Yes.
You have a problem with it, mate?
Fixed.
>like game

>want the game to accommodate their every whim
>creators do it
>game goes to shit
You should probably see a therapist and try to manage your autism a bit.
Actually, I don't even give popular games a shot
>I AM SILLY!
Name any game that REFUSES to do this
based
I unironically believe this.
Except the girls part. Guys who show little to no interest are just to blame as girls are.
Super Mario Bros, that game never got any patches to change the balance
Mount and Blade maybe?
Bannerlord is arguably harder because there is no auto block.
>Enjoy a game
>game gets a growing fanbase
>fanbase attracts a shitton of degenerates and is an all around embarrassment to anyone associated to the game, even the creators
>want to discuss the game with level-headed people but is literally impossible without being guilty by association
>Never ever speak of the game to anyone ever
>people who hate you like the same game as you.
>people you hate like the same game as you.
>embarrassment even to the creators
Other than Flappy Bird, what games do this?
Undertale
I still find the "so sorry" story hilarious
I unironically believe you're an autistic pussy.
yes, people tend to make stupid memes about new games and they get repeated ad infinitum creating communities and the enjoyment stagnates, when i play a game i try to avoid at all costs to interact with other players playing it.
