My biggest tip is practice Grimm, Pure Vessel and Absolute Radiance untill you can them without getting hit/or getting hit like once or twice.
Then just keep going at it. Don't get to emotional about failing, just keep going. But it seems you have patience so don't know if you really needed that last tip.

I've never died to NKG and only once to PV, those are not my greatest concerns. I actually did PV no hit so I had 5 lifeblood going into Absrad once but I still lost.

Where do you usually die? Just practice that, honestly.
A lot of people don't realize that this boss rush doesn't really start until Zote -> NKG -> PV -> AR. The key is just to be comfortable on those instead of wasting a literal hour getting to them and blundering.

It's all bindings and I'm 54 attempts in with 4 of those reaching absrad. I'm way past practicing single bosses. The true hurdle is that you get hit 4 times (or twice for double hitters) and it's game over. Have you actually tried PoH with all bindings at once?

It's because the game has DLC. The base game only reached 100%, but with the DLC added, extra percentage points were added.

Sisters of Battle.. That's a fun boss. Also curios that you're dying to that, it felt to me like an easier version of NKG.. Quick paced and peak boss design, together with NKG and PV.

Because the base game has 100% completion. Then the DLCs came out, and instead of adjust the completion rate back to account for the presence of the DLCs, they just added more percentage on because it's a video game so who cares, have fun with it
